An RM Rail Grip is also available, and attaches to any MIL-SPEC 1913 (Picatinny style) rail. The M203grip can be quickly adapted to become the RM Rail Grip. This rifle rail handgrip gives the rifleman the same ultimate control and flexibility as the M203grip gives the M203 grenadier.
