NOTE: You do NOT need to be a registered user in order to make individual or unit-level purchases. However, registration IS required to use the online property-accountability system, and the BII / COEI library.

During this process you are required to submit your own, and your supervisor's AKO e-mail addresses, and by submitting the form, you are certifying that you have a duty-related requirement for the information and services provided by this site. The ArmyProperty.com team will be aggressive about policing its site against unauthorized users.

NOTE: For security reasons, you are not required, or expected, to identify your unit at any level above the company. For example, you should type "1st Platoon, C Company," instead of "1st PLT, C/1-32 Armor." This information is used only to validate your request with your immediate supervisor.

NOTE: Your supervisor's information is required in order to validate the accuracy of your request and prevent fraudulent account registrations. PLEASE ensure your supervisor's AKO address is correct -- over 10% of all account requests are held up for days or weeks, because of a bad AKO address for a supervisor.

Normal processing time for new accounts is 4-5 duty days. Each request must be processed manually, due to the need to validate Soldiers' and supervisors' information. If your situation is urgent and you require account approval in 72 hours or less, you may check the "Urgent Request" box. Please do not abuse this feature!
